General FAQ's

How long does a family session take?

Family, maternity and couple sessions take around 1 hour in the studio. Often we can get it done sooner depending on the ages of the children but we always leave the full hour of studio time just in case so you never have to feel rushed

Do we choose our photos at the session?

We offer a viewing of your images 2-3 weeks after the shoot at a time that is convenient for you and use that time to edit and prepare your images ready for the big reveal! Viewing appointments are also offered during the evening to allow all members of the family to come and see if preferred

Is there a minimum we have to buy?

No not at all, all of our sessions are obligation free so there is no minimum spend or pressure to 'up-sell', we prefer to let our work speak for itself so you can purchase as much or as little as you want with no pressure from us.

Do you offer lay-by?

Yes we offer in house layby for our customers from just $10 a week.

We also offer AfterPay and PayRight for those who would prefer a take home layby

What should we wear?

That is completely up to you! We recommend sticking to one 'style' for the whole family (i.e either everyone casual or everyone dressed up) and avoiding busy patterns in clothing but there are no rules for what looks best or suits every family. We want you to look and feel like you so choose something you love. Once your booking is confirmed we will send through a styling guide to help plan your family photos and of course you are welcome to use our client closet as well

Do you supply clothes?

We have a range of clothes available in our growing Client Closet featuring designers such as Dollcake, Two Little Ladies. The Label and many more. We currently have a range of options from newborn through to teenagers and adults in styles ranging from beautiful princess gowns through to super hero costumes, the perfect complement to give each session a little zing!
